What is micellar casein?

Micellar casein is the natural, minimally processed form of casein protein found in milk. It exists as “micelles” (small protein clusters) that give it slow-digesting properties.

How is micellar casein made?

It is produced through gentle filtration of milk (microfiltration), which preserves the natural structure of casein without using harsh chemicals.
